Flora Hohmann is a chef, recipe writer and foodstylist.

Since starting her career, Flora has developed an international experience in advertising, TV-shows and recipe books. She also creates menus and signature dishes for "Lifestyle" brands as well as for hotels, bars and restaurants.

 

Flora appeared several times as TV chef on shows such as ARD Buffet on the German TV channel ARD, on Eising Studios, Stock Food and online videos.

 

She is a trained chef and holds an IHK master diploma. To broaden her knowledge about food production, culture and communication, Flora attended the master-program in food at the University of Gastronomic Sciences, Bra, Italy.

Her working experience includes well-known places such as Restaurant Walter&Benjamin in Munich, Germany, La Mirande in Avignon, France, La Selva, Tuscany, Italy, Tantris Natural Wine Bar in Munich, Germany. 

Since 2021 Flora Hohmann is leading the Restaurant Paradeis for Alois Lageder winery  as Executive Chef and General Manager.
